Tanya Marshall is Deputy State Archivist and Senior Records Analyst. She earned her Master's Degree in Library Science, with a concentration in government archives, records, and information management, from the University of Maryland. Rachel Muse is a Records Analyst II and joined the staff of the Vermont State Archives and Records Administration (VSARA) in late 2009. She graduated with a Master's Degree in Library Science from the University of Albany (SUNY), where she concentrated on courses in archives and records management.
