BOX PICKUP
The State Records Center offers a scheduled box retrieval service for all state agencies that are not located in Montpelier or Waterbury. Agencies wishing to use this service must complete and submit a Special Services Request form and a Records Transfer List by the first Wednesday of their respective district run. Box retrievals occur on the last Wednesday of the month.
Agencies in Montpelier and Waterbury may transfer their boxes by using the state postal service. Contact the State Records Center Supervisor for more information.
